Islamic banking is developing quite rapidly, but its market share still far behind conventional banks. The movement of customers from banks to must be continuously improved. transfer bank determined by the intention move (Switching intention). Switching an individual's desire or switch services and described as a signal opportunity for new services. This study aims analyze factors that affect switching in Malang City with theory planned behavior. uses quantitative approach. number samples 100 respondents. Data analysis using confirmatory factor (CFA). results show attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control influence City. attitude variable dominant affecting intention.
